An unfiltered pilsner with a hazy straw color. The head is lacing and settles into a small layer.

Smell is great, an almost perfect mix of pilsnermalt, hops and lager yeast, which adds a little sulfur. The hops are spicy and a bit herbal. Malt is light and is grainy like raw grain.

Taste is malty with a medium bitter kick. The malt makes me think of bread crust and dough with some light dextrines. This is balances by a clean bitterness, with herbal hoppy edges. It tastes most like a Czech pilsner, especially with the sulfur notes produced by the yeast. Very balanced and very drinkable.

This was the first beer we started with at a beer-tasting at my place.

A – Bright yellow fluid with a thin head.

S – Smell of hops and almost herbal like

T – To much spicy hops to my taste. The aftertaste was long and strong.

M - Nice

O – A good pilsner but I prefer something else

We had a grand beertasting a few days ago thanks to Mar02x. A new BA member with a great mind on beer.

This was the first bottle we started with.

Poured in a mormal winelike glass. Too bad there are no real smells to detect. Taste is a bit bitter due to the hops. No carbonation and that is something i would expect in a pilsener.
