Brewed for the fifth anniversary of Locanda Del Monaco Felice in Suisio (BG), Italy.
It’s a Imperial Russian Stout brewed with Whiskey malt and espresso beans.
Black, no reflexes. Beige foam, quite beautiful.
In the smell malt, coffee, peated, a lot. Good!
In the taste again peated malt, coffee, malt. Balanced, but still, intense and full.
Average body, long, peated aftertaste, with strong notes of coffee and dustiness.
Alcohol well hidden, buta warming beer for sure.
Important beer, remarkable, and, overall, good.
