Our Raspberry Sour is a bright, tart, and highly effervescent beer. The nose is full of ripe berries, and the flavor has a wonderful balance of refined fruitiness from the raspberries which are added during fermentation and refreshing acidity from our kettle souring process. The body is very light and almost dry to taste which comes from the high carbonation, acidity, and simple malt bill. The color is reminiscent of a rosé, since it holds onto some of the raspberries’ pinkish hue.

Thin body and not enough raspberry Taste. Decent sour overall but, nothing special.

For a session sour this hits all the marks for me. Good raspberry flavor and tartness with a bit of sour flavor that quickly subsides to a clean and dry finish. Good wheaty kettle sour flavor also in the mix. Looks good but I was expecting a darker reddish color and it looks more like Rose. Smell is kettle sour sweetness. I'd buy this again in a heartbeat as its well priced and tastes great for a session sour. You can only expect so much flavor from a beer with such low alcohol content.

Can to tulip.
The appearance was a modest golden yellow color with a fairly quick falling off of the head which was a touch foamy. No lace.
The aroma had sweet and tart red raspberries up front. Some lemony portions come out more as it warms. Floral bits come out more with some warmth.
The flavor leaned towards the tart side initially while bringing the lemon to the red raspberries, some developing sweetness rides in underneath. Barely any aftertaste, just some dry red raspberry tartness.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied, perhaps a touch under with some sort of sessionability about it. I didn't mind, but I guess since the brewer is calling this a "session sour" it definitely seems like one. I'd have again.

Tap at River road tavern.
Electric pink in color without much of a head. Lemony tart and hints of bread with a big tart berry aroma and flavor. Not too bad.
