Tried this beer at my local Wetherspoon's pub in East End London recently.
A: it pours a pale amber to orange-golden hue, a bit murky, with tiny tiny fizz floating in the liquid... the beer head is sparse, with big bubbles.
S: very light aroma of floral hops on top of a bit tangerine-like fruity hop aroma, while a smooth, lightly-burned malty flavour sustains at the back.
T: extremely refreshingly floral and slightly orange-zesty upfront, against the backdrop of settled maltiness and a richly hoppy flavour which gradually intensifies towards a dryish bitter but rounded finish.
M&D: the mouthfeel is lively throught, as the maltiness is well-balanced with hoppy bitterness, resulting in a satisfying and balanced bitter aftertaste. It's extremely tasty and drinkable. While remaining mild-bodied, this well-hopped golden ale should by no means be restricted to summer!
