Growler filled 7/8/08 and tasted on 7/17/08. Light orangey color, quite clear, with thin off-white head and minimal lacing.
Very mild aroma, especially for an IPA. More like a weak APA in the nose. Some citrus in there, but just too bland.
Taste is much better than the nose would indicate. Solid malt base with good grapefruit flavor. Not overly bitter.
Medium body and pretty good carbonation level.
A pretty good IPA overall despite the weak aroma. Maybe I didn't drink it soon enough to get full benefit.
Tasted on 7/17/08.

On tap at Shoreline Brewery and served in a shaker. This IPA poured a golden amber with a one-finger thick head of off-white foam that lingered for a bit. Spotty lacing covered the sides of the entire glass. The aroma of the beer was made up of mild orange, grapefruit, and bread. The flavor was much the same. The mouthfeel was medium-bodied with moderate carbonation. A decent IPA.
