The Chester Borwn Ale was named after a band that play(s)/(ed) on Thursday evenings at the Shoreline. The color was nice brown/deep amber clear color with an off-white head. There was not much smell, maybe some hints of bread and malt. The taste carried an earthy/peat character with malt notes. The malt clinged to the pallete after the swallow. The mouthfeel was ok...not great. Probalby could session this beer.
