It is a dark gold in color. There is some banana in the aroma as well as in the taste. It has fruity esters and some spicy phenols. The body is almost syrupy. It finishes with warming alcohol. It is well balanced depsite the lack of hop taste and apparent lack of bitterness. I think the alcohol rounds out the malty body.

This brew was just put on tap this day. Not sure on the abv, but the OG plato was listed as 16. (7%?)
This one poured a clear and well carbonated golden color. The head was just a film. Looked spritzy and appetizing. A sweet fruity malt with a light touch of corn syrup emanates from the aroma. Taste is sublime. Very nice blend of spicy sweet and sour malts. also, underneath, is an earthy hop presence. Bittersweet and light to medium bodied with a touch of bitter dryness in the finish. An enjoyable beer thatÂ’s very much drinkable.

Thanks to Chaduvel for this one. Pours a dark amber brown with a small, quickly dissipating light tan head. Smells of raisiny malts, grapes, slight alcohol. Not as complex as one would hope. Starts off with sweet, yet mellow malts and grapes. Gets a little smoky and beefy (beef jerky) and finishes dry and bitter, with lingering sweetness (sugar). Warming. Not bad, but could be better and more complex.

Came served in a nice tulip glass. Pours a deep dark brown/red color, off-white head. Smells of dark fruits, some raisons, dates, but very faint. I had a really hard time picking out smells. Smells fresh though. Taste is very malty with some of the same dark fruits as above, and a significant bite. More bitter than sweet. Flavors aren't very pronounced, however. I'd like to try their bottled version of this, might have more flavor. Maybe Alexgash can tell me. An average to slightly above average brew.
