Cloudy, light brown color. Small head but excellent lace, leaving rings and plenty of spots in between.
Quite mild aroma, almost imperceivable. It reminds me of cinnamon French toast. Slightly sweet with lots of caramel roasted grain.
This is a complex Brown. There's some honey sweetness, some deeply roasted barley. A bit malt and enough hop to keep it balanced. The richer body is good against the elevated carbonation. In short, a superb American Brown Ale.
