Served as a 5 oz. sample at Harvard's. The color was amber, with a little head. The smell was strongly hoppy. The taste was moderately sweet, though it had a fairly strong hoppiness to it. Mouthfeel was average. Drinkability-wise, could have a few.
I was somewhat conflicted by this beer, as though it was an interesting beer, it certainly probably wouldn't have fallen within any sort of dopplebock style guidelines. Still, I reviewed the beer for its own merits, and could kinda see how they came across calling it that, and enjoyed the hops in the beer. I'd probably have this one again.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
