Beer was served in a pint glass. Did not have that thick, murky look that a good dunkel has. Appearance was very "cola" like. The smell did have the characteristic bannana and gauze scent from the yeast. Taste good, drinkable, a little too light though. Overall, the beer lacked the rich, complexity of a good dunkel.
