I had this on tap at John Harvard's Brew House in Washington DC, as you may have guessed.
Came to me a fairly dark brown with a bit of an off white head that soon fell to a ring around the glass. The smell was of light coffee and light roasted malt. The taste was slightly sweet, with some coffee notes and a nice malty finish. The mouthfell was very smooth, but a touch (very small touch) on the watery side. Overall I would say that this was a very drinkable brew, as I had a couple more before moving on to the Brickskeller.
