A: Dark brown in color, sort of clear. Nice head on it with a fair amount of lacing.
S: Malty, leaning towards a nutty toasted malt aroma. Can't really smell that much of a hop profile.
T: Roasty nutty malts. Nice bit of a hop bite from the Fuggles hops used. Nice balance that tends towards a slightly sweet nutty malt flavor.
M: Medium body. Moderate level of CO2 and alcoholic warmth.
D&N: Pairs up very nicely with the Thai chicken skewers. Fresh and tasty and brewed by a local beer genius. Pittsburgh is really really lucky to have Andy brewing here. Go try it!
