Light gold color and crystal clear. Good initial ring of lace, spots thereafter. Modest head.
Lightly sweet with a modicum of prickly Hallertau hops.
I first get a blackberry sweet and sour flavor. The body is rich for the style but with ample carbonation. Smooth. The hop taste is muted but present. The aftertaste lasts a moderate amount of time featuring the same blackberry-like tastes. Overall, this very drinkable but not very close to Czech pils style.
