This beer came a dark black that let a speck of burgundy through the bottom of my pint. The head was creamy and tan and it managed to stay around for a while.
Smells of nutty roasted malts and a dry powdered milk.
The taste begins with a heavy roasted barley with a smooth caramel sweetness. Its sweet and creamy upfront, but then fades into a heavy campfire and chocolate roasted bitterness.
The mouth feel is light and creamy with a smooth carbonation that adds a lot to the body.
This beer really deserves to be on a nitro-tap.
