Poured a light copper hue with a two finger creamy white head. There was nice cascading and excellent retention.
The smell featured subtle aromas all around. There was a mild light malt a noble hop aroma. Interestingly, the hops were grown by the masterbrewer in his backyard on Long Island.
The taste featured a creamy sweetness. There was a good biscuity grain and light hop.
The mouthfeel creamy and finished dry.
Overall a quaffable and unique cask pils. In my opinion, though, could use a bit more hop.
