Hazy amber-chestnut. Decent head retention leaves clingy, craggy walls of off-white lace.
Nose is phenolic and fruity with a touch of bubblegum.
Flavor combines a thin caramelish malt base with a phenolic/yeasty/fruity side that lends character. And although it lists just 15 IBU's, that seems a bit much considering the low level of residual sugars. Dry with a lingering bitterness and some phenolics (as expected).
Light-medium bodied with fine bubbled, moderate carbonation.
Basic, dryish, dunkel weizen.
