Clear, mahogany brown with ruby highlights. Average head and retention. Minor lacing. Mild tang in the nose over a dull malt base. Medium-light, or is that light-medium body? Standard carbonation. The initial note of toasty and cocoaish malt fades to a distinct, but not overdone sourness that's almost fruity. Interesting as a brewpub beer. Not so great on a global scale. Well worth trying though.
