this brew is billed by the servers as an IPA/APA mix, i chose to list it as an APA
A - this beer arrive a hazy brownish, resembling apple cider, with a half finger of medium tan head, with plenty of carbonation streaming up the side of the glass
S - a nice and decent hop kick, with a slight citrus twinge, like the typical grapefruit of an IPA, but more subdued than of a typical IPA
T - this beer is a hop/malt war, a great balance and blend of battling flavors, they arent over done and evenly matched, with a little stronger of the bitter side in the finish,
M&D - smoother than most IPA's, but more bitter that APA's, this is a great (new?) style, definitely would have this again, smooth and kicking all at once
