Appears a semi-transparent haze of pale gold with a small white head of foam that quickly fades away. Tiny speckles of lace quickly slip back down into the average sized collar.
Smell is of some tart wheat, lemons, perhaps a tiny dollop of cherry...albeit I would've never guessed that's what it was had I not been shown the beer had 44 lbs of cherries added. Power of suggestion? Smells like a typical American Wheat to me.
Taste is of the mentioned aromas with a hay like presence, along with a doughy yeast lingering.
Mouthfeel is light bodied, mildly tart and bitter with a lip smacking sweet tartness.
