On-tap into pint glass.
Almost opaque deep brown with ruby highlights. A thin light tan head that turns into a thin cap. Sticky spotty lacing.
Very light roasty smell.
Smooth roasted malts with a creamy overtone. Light on the hops. Full bodied, good carbonation. A grainy finish.
Not bad from this little brewpub in Harvard Square in Boston. Not the most flavor packed, but tasty.
