A - Poured a bright, golden copper. Thick white head with heavy retention and lacing.
S - A fragrant bouquet of spicy and floral hops. Some citrus fruits too.
T - Abundant fruit notes of both citrus and non citrus fruits. Since this is an IPA the hop character is there, but not as strong as many other IPAs. Hops are balanced with a buiscuity finish. Crisp and refreshing.
M - Light to medium body, similar to that of an English bitter.
D - An excellent session beer and a great example of a top notch cask ale.

Poured a brilliant medium copper hue with a one finger foamy white head. There was decent retention and lacing.
The smell featured a strong citric and peppery hop. Elements of grapefruit and orange were noted. Some pininess as well.
The taste consisted of an upfront peppery grapefruit hop with a touch of sweet orange. A good biscuity finish.
The mouthfeel was of average fullness with a dry finish. Some residual hop spice.
Overall a very nice IPA. Some very nice flavor profiles.
