Appears a hazy golden cloud with a small white cap that fades into a mild film. Steady streams of CO2 pump up to the top. Lots of sticky lace is left around the glass.
Smell is of citrus, lemongrass, pumelo, and mild yeast.
Flavors echo the aromas with a gentle tartness that grazes the tongue.
Mouthfeel is mildly sweet and slightly tart up front.
