Poured a medium amber hue with a half finger foamy white head. There was little retention and lacing.
The smell featured soft sweet orange hop with some white pepper undertones. A light doughy malt detected as well.
The taste consisted of an upfront spicy hop with a gradual soft husky grain.
The mouthfeel was of average fullness and slightly chewy.
Overall a very tastey and well balanced IPA. This beer courtesy of the Brewer's East End Revival competition champ.
