Poured a dark brown hue with a one finger foamy white head. There was good retention and lacing.
The smell featured a robust burnt grain, charcoal, coffee and chocolate.
The taste consisted of a powerful burnt grain with elements of dry coffee and dark chocolate.
The mouthfeel was of average fullness and slightly chewy. Dry finish.
Overall a robust and complex porter. Good chocolate element.
