A: Looked a light amber color with almost no head and what head was there quickly dissipated. No lacing.
S: Lots of spice and rye bread smell. Rather abundant. Some hints of wheat and coriander.
T: Almost tastes like a wheat beer, but it wasn't. A spicy blend of bread and wheat.
M: A clean taste on the palate, but nothing exceptional.
D: Not a bad Rye beer, a decent choice.

This, from what the waitress told me, is their wheat beer recipe made with a large amount of rye, as well. It came to the table a wonderful peac hcolor, with no head or lacing. It's scent reminds me of spring time, with a very heady rye aroma that fills the nose. Same with the taste, an abundance of rye, like you're having a piece of rye bread. Very spicy. It does down fine, and if you like rye beers you'll love this one. A nice rye/wheat combo, although the wheat is completely overpowered.
