This beer arrived at my table with a litthe bit of foam atop a yellow, hazy body. However, as I drank, the head exhibited no lacing.
Aroma was sweet and bready, definitely a wheat beer. Honey overtones were there but were not overpowering.
Taste was both sweet and bitter, and quite bready. Pretty good, and not overdone.
Mouthfeel was good for a beer of this style, there was some body to it.
Drinkability was good, and perhaps I would have rated it a tad higher if I were a big fan of wheat beers, but perhaps not. It was a good, solid example of the style.
And thank GOD they didn't serve it with a lemon wedge in it.
