Had this on Memorial Day at John Harvard's. Poured dark brown with good clarity, a fair head, and very good lacing. Smells mellow- lightly malty and grainy. Taste is quite mild, with a nice creaminess and slight minerality as well as some flavors of cereal grain. This is a true mild- none of the extra hops that would turn this into a bitter instead, just the simple pleasures of the slightly malty, easily drinkable brew. Very smooth in the mouth, and very sessionable. I don't know what the abv is, but it tastes as if it is where it shoul be for the style.
