A - this brew arrived a bit yellower than expected, (they didn't bill this as a Belgian Pale), a golden ring only for head, very little slow carbonation, no visible sediment
S - spice notes hit first, with some subtle fruitiness (apples), orange peel zest, coriander and clove round out the spice panorama, a wheaty background supports it all
T - thin and smooth, quite refreshing, a slight pleasant yeasty taste that grows and finishes with a spiciness, an amalgamation of the spices from the aroma plus a autumn-like allspice quality
M - rools down the tongue like ball bearings, smooth, easy down, no acidic or biting qualities make this beer good for even a casual beer drinker
D - easily drinkable, even for a macro drinker, great flavor balance and depth, a good beer
