This beer poured a very murky reddish brown body with an off-white head.

Nose is malty and very clean.

Taste is medium bodied with a good bite. Loys of rich caramel malt and a strong hop background. You can really taste the ABV as it gives a nice bite with the hops and malt. Taste is almost like the look as its complex dark and malty. Has a mic of citrus hops and the warrior gives it a nice different taste.

Cool beer. At 7.7abv it can be as ass kicker, but good stuff. Big, malty and yummy.

Served in a 5 oz tasting glass. This is a dark IPA--light brown in color. It appears to be clear. There is no head and there is no lace.

Like all of the beers in this flight, the glass makes it hard to smell anything.

Creamy body. Spicy bitterness which becomes very strong in the aftertaste. True to the IPA form, there is little malt taste behind the hop. With more time, I'd order a second to see if I could get a better sense of the smell.
