Cloudy amber with a red tint. A decent head that sittles to a rim. Only a little lacing.

Light fruity esters from the yeast, with a wheat-malt background.

A little banana and light hops with a lot of wheat flavors. Medium bodied, low carbonation. Finishes fruity with no bitterness.

Not a bad hefe weizen from this little brewpub.

Very cloudy pale beige hue, thin white lacing that clings a little to the glass.

Powdery, almost musty yeast … hint of clove and fruitiness that includes vague banana makes up the aroma.

Spicy palate of an even keel clove. Crisp and smooth with a slick mouth feel. Soft fruitiness from the mild esters giving off banana and pear flavours. Level wheat twang that hangs with a faintly musty yeast, quite malty with a grainy finish.

Good summer drinking, an on par Hefeweizen that goes down easy after a hot and sweaty day of work.

Presentation: On tap.

Appearance: Hazy peachy golden with a sticky white lace.

Smell: Spicy clove up front with some esters, a little banana and a hint of phenols.

Taste: Estery fruit with some banana, a touch of sharp clove, laid back hop bitterness and grainy wheat flavours are all in this smooth brew.

Notes: A very tasty Hefe, good drinking to get out of the blistering sun.
