Presentation: On tap.
Appearance: Beige and completely murky, like a backed up sink. Translucent head with odd circular floaties (unsettled proteins). "What the hell is this?!", comes to mind.
Smell: A nose full of spice and a slight hint of Belgian yeast, of some variety.
Taste: Crisp and tart with an earthy flavour. The good amount of spices gives this brew a tingle sensation. Slight hop bitterness which probably contributes to the spiciness. Spice comparable to a winter warmer.
Notes: A surprisingly fine Belgian Specialty style beer.
