Sampled at the Manchester, CT location.
Made with Pale, Munich, Biscuit, and Carafa malts. Hopped with German Spalt.
This beer was a hazy deep amber, and it was listed as unfiltered. Unfortunately, there was only a thin ring of foam around the rim of my sample glass.
Aroma was very fruity, and lightly hoppy. Difficult to characterize the hops. Somewhat sweet, but not overbearing.
Taste was slightly fruity, and lightly bitter. Good, but rather understated.
Mouthfeel was nice and smooth, good body.
Drinkability... this stuff went down VERY easily. I was done with the 5 oz. glass in just two long sips.
Too bad it didn't pack more of a flavor punch. It was there, but lacked intensity.
