Poured a murky amber hue with a two finger creamy tan head. Chill haze detected. There was very good retention and sticky lacing.
The smell consisted of a light citric hop and a full moderately sweet malt. Orange and vanilla detected as well.
The taste featured a round creamy malt with a drying fruity hop toward the finish. Slightly herbal as well.
The mouthfeel was full and finished dry.
Overall a very tasty and robust red ale. Very quaffable.
