Poured a dark brown hue with a two finger creamy off white head. There was very hood retention and lacing.
The smell featured elements of coffee, cream, chocolate and charcoal.
The taste consitrd of an upfront roasted malt with a clean charcoal and creamy chocolate. Slight esters detected as well.
The mouthfeel was toward the fuller side of the style.
Overall a very tasty and robust stout.
