A - this belgian strong ale pours a golden yellow color, with some slight haziness, moderate carbonation, with half of a finger of smooth, creamy white head
S - I notice sweetness first, followed by a refreshing citrine aroma, like lemon zest, all this above a wheat/yeast foundation
T - more lemony concentration in the flavor, partnered with a syrupy sweetness, like liquid brown sugar, some faint spices, maybe cloves or nutmeg
M&D - lively on the palate, but the sweetness lends the illusion of smoothness, very nice brew, easily quaffed, 8.1% could be dangerous with a brew like this
