A - this wit is a hazy golden yellow with a film-thin head and minimal amounts of carbonation

S - very aromatic, big coriander/citrus blend, citrus like lemon and orange zest, heavy on the orange side, after the initial notes, out comes a sweetness that reminds me of ginger and cotton candy

T - the taste starts out wheaty and yeasty, then the spice comes to a head, like a coriander, clove and nutmeg amalgamation, finally an underlying sweetness similar again to cotton candy or even bubble gum

M&D - medium bodied slightly effevescent on the tongue, smooth and layered nicely, served a bit too cold, probably shouldve let it wait another 10 minutes before i drank it
