Poured a medium copper hue with a one finger frothy white head There was good retention and lacing.
The smell featured a chocolate malts, an earthy sweetness and caramel.
The taste was upfront malty, with an earthy spice and a touch of cocoa. Cascade hops appeared toward the finish.
The mouthfeel was toward the fuller side of the style.
Very bock like in nature.
