Sorachi ace and us saaz hops mixed with with pale, pilsner and flaked rice malts.

Pours a cloudy opaque bright orange/yellow body with a bright white head.

Nose is mellow but has a bright malt kick.

Taste is medium bodied but super smooth. A nice rich malt with a mix of macro
adjunct type taste do to the big rice. After a few sips the big abv really
starts to set in. Feels like a really really good 4Ooz malt liquor. Very
reminisant of Roque imperial pilsner mixed with dogfishheads 40oz from a few
years back, but its comepletely its own beast. Rich and even buttery. Hops are
kept to a minimum with only enough for some balance.

Gotta say, great beer. Super drinkable, smooth, big abv, rice is perfect with
being distracting and reminding you of BMC. This is what rice beers should
taste like.
