This was a dark brown, clear beer with very little head. There were reddish highlights as well.
Aroma was of dark malt, roasted barley, and a little bit of coffee.
Taste followed aroma exactly. More dark malt than roasted character, and coffee in the aftertaste.
Mouthfeel was a little thin, for a porter. Not as full as I would have liked.
Drinkability is just average. There wasn't anything spectacular about this one.
