On cask at the Cambridge location. Served in a pint glass.
Pour yields a moderately-darkened red-hued beer with a good off-white head and a bit of lacing as it goes down the glass. The nose brings a bit of light diacetyl along with some bread and accompanying toast. The flavor has a bit less diacetyl, allowing the malt to come through. Mostly bread crust with a bit of sweetness. Body is medium with good carbonation for the serving type. Fairly drinkable, though nothing spectacular.
