On tap at the Harvard Square location. Served in a pint glass.
Pour yields a somewhat-hazy straw-colored beer with a slight light head that recedes a bit quickly without leaving too much lacing behind. The nose has a bit of banana along with some spice atop a body of light graininess. The flavor hits more toward the banana but fills any voids with a decent amount of yeasty spice and clove. Light grain and hay carry through in the background. Light-bodied and easy drinking, I enjoyed this beer during the Illini's unfortunate loss to Michigan during the 2011 Big Ten Tournament.
