Listed as a Gold Ale. This probably fits best under American Blonde as a hoppier version of the style. Not quite in the realm of a pilsner, though the hops did seem to be of the Noble variety, perhaps American versions.
Pour yields a golden brew with a good white head and plenty of lacing on the way down. The nose is grainy with some mild floral and herbals notes. The grain comes out a bit more as it warms. Flavor is mostly grain with a good hop presence throughout. Light-bodied with a nice bitterness through the finish. Good drinkability and a nice all-around beer.
