Had this at the BBF.

A - Poured a typical straw yellow with a thin white head that fades very quickly to leave a light halo.

S - Nice aroma here. Good light subtle funk of a saison combined with nice tartness/sourness that Brett brings. Very inviting.

T - Not quite as nice as the nose. There are nice wheat and funky saison notes that fade to quickly into tart/sour but still enjoyable bretts.

M - Nice and tart, crisp, and clean. Some light malt sweetness as well.

O - Overall while I did enjoy this saison I felt like there just wasnt a nice enough balance; that the brett overpowered the saison subtleties. Still, would try again.
