Note: It should be noted this is actually what they consider an Imperial Octoberfest, but that wasn't an option.
A - Ruby red in color, low head, with a very light lacing.
S - Some cinnamon, and a slight pepper note.
T - A little light in flavor, the cinnamon comes out here also, it's malty, it has a slight nuttiness. It's also a little dry.
M - It's smooth going down, but it's also light. There's some carbonation, but the maltiness gives it a kind of flat back end.
O - Quite smooth for what they call an imperial beer, it's just a little too light in flavor for me.
