Had this beer at the bar. Comes in an unlabeled red-waxed bottle. Pours orange in the light, but a more peachy pink hue arises as the lush white head comes then goes.
Smells like raw cranberries and sour plastic with hints of oak.
Tastes like a cranberry champagne, though the white grapes are more pronounced than the cranberry, which is almost a background character here. It is dry and has an oak touch to it.
There is ample carbonation and is a decent take on a sour-style cranberry lambic, but could use more body and complexity. The cranberry and oak characteristics should be a bit more prominent in the taste, but it is a solid drinker on a cool winter afternoon.
