Presentation: On tap.
Appearance: Cloudy orange with a spider web-like lace.
Smell: Clove, malted wheat, mild ripe banana and doughy yeast aromas.
Taste: Medium body, semi-crisp carbonation. Flavours of phenols, fruity banana and clove spice are all in sync with each other. Beefy wheat malt palate that shows some sweetness and a mild lemon twang. Banana bread flavours all over this brew as it warms up.
Notes: A very original weizenbock-style beer. Extremely impressive and well-crafted.
