A - Cloudy light brown, not much head or lace, but most likely partly due to trying it in a tasting glass.
S - Starts with typical notes from a nice german hefe: Banana, cloves. In the middle to back end you start to get hints of a light bitter coco (very light).
T - Here is where the cocoa really becomes a factor, the taste has notes of roast, dry cocoa, and a nice banana finish.
M - Nice medium body, medium to light carb (not terrible). Has a nice smooth finish.
O - Very interesting, the uniqueness made me enjoy this more than I probably should have, however the extra complexity from the cocoa diminished its overall drinkability.
