An interesting brew for John Harvard's to have created. Only available in 10 oz. glasses, probably due to its strength. Reddish-brown color with a slightly malty, alcoholic aroma.
Taste is quite complex, fruity esters are all over the place. Tart cherries and a slight caramel maltiness precede the substantial hoppy finish. Oh yeah, and there is plenty of alcohol warmth to go around. An excellent, interesting winter seasonal from JHBH.
