Poured a dark brass hue with a two finger foamy white head. There was good retention and lacing.
The smell featured crystal malts, a grassy hop and a soft nuttiness.
The taste consisted of earthy and grainy caramel malts, clean grassy hops and a touch of diactyl.
The mouthfeel was typical of the style with a dry finish.
Overall a tasty malt forward ale.
