This may have been the least impressive of all the JHBH beers I have had. It was a muddy brown color, with no head and hardly any aroma whatsoever. The flavor was quite unique, but lacked complexity or anything that stood out at all. This beer is malty throughout, with an undertone of light chocolate and easily discernible caramel malt. I found this to be a very uninteresting beer, and not one that I would recommend. It wasn't bad, just bland.
